Digital Technology Analyst

NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Technology Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Digital Technology Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining MuleSoft integration solutions. You will be responsible for configuring and managing connectivity to various data sources and external APIs, implementing error handling and fault tolerance in integration flows, and participating in quality assurance activities. Monitoring integration flows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance will be key responsibilities in this role. You will also be expected to create technical documentation for integration solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration projects, and define best practices in MuleSoft development, security, and deployment. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, along with proven experience as an Integration Developer. A strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices is essential, along with at least 3 years of MuleSoft experience and 5 years of API and web service development experience. MuleSoft certifications and experience with Salesforce administration or development are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can find practical solutions to project challenges, analytical in dissecting complex processes, and self-driven to efficiently influence delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the Mulesoft Cloudhub Modernization project. Key skills required for this project include Mulesoft Anypoint, experience with CH 1.0 and CH 2.0 migration, integration involving Salesforce, and deployments with automated pipelines.
