Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Executive to assist in managing and resolving day-to-day software and IT-related issues within our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the site teams, office staff, and software vendors, ensuring smooth functioning of all digital tools and systems used in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for software applications used in sales, project management, and CRM.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches or system errors.

Coordinate with external IT vendors or software service providers for issue resolution.

Maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Support the implementation and updates of real estate management software.

Assist staff in using digital tools effectively and conduct basic user training sessions.

Ensure timely data backup, access control, and system health monitoring.

Work with the IT and operations teams to ensure smooth digital workflows across departments.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of computer systems, databases, and basic networking.

Good knowledge of MS Office and cloud-based software tools.

Basic understanding of CRM or ERP systems (Real Estate CRMs preferred).

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
