Skills Required:

Experience in web (C# / .net / React JS) or Mobile App (iOS / Android) programming a very strong asset

Strong experience and deep knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as DynaTrace, DynaTrace synthetic, Adobe Analytics, Glassbox and New Relic. If not will be trained
Dyna Trace certification a strong asset.
Degree in information systems with proven experience in the Web or Mobile App space
Proven experience in identifying and driving resolution of application quality and performance issues. Relentless in the pursuit of solution
Demonstrated capacity for problem solving, analysis, and making sound recommendations leading to the development and implementation of application enhancements.
Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence outcomes
Ability to motivate and influence internal resources and escalate when appropriate
Excellent ability to learn fast, adapt and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
Results-oriented, fully committed to team success
English a must. French an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in automated testing, including hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts (test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting).
Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to software quality and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Department: IT, CS, ECE, EEE (10th 12th and Engineering min 70% or 7 GPA and above)

0-3 years of experience in software development.

Skills:

Automation testing, Selenium
