As a Senior Consultant II with 3-5 years of experience, you will be part of a team that executes finance projects and digital solutions projects to add value to our clients within their finance, accounting, operations, and technology departments. Responsibilities: - Collaborate in a team environment on NetSuite related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special projects - Define business requirements and systems goals by meeting with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users - Document and develop business process flows, requirements, and designs - Customize and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, and dashboards - Test new functionality/enhancements and provide training to end-users - Assist in preparing project status reports, timelines, and budgets Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent - 3-5 years of NetSuite experience - Strong interpersonal, presentation, writing, and communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with an intellectual curiosity - Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable - Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel Preferred Qualifications: - CPA and/or Master's degree - NetSuite certification Connor Group values diversity in a globally connected business world and fosters a collaborative team culture that encourages initiative.
