As a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Consultant at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, your role involves driving design and development for major components of focused solutions while ensuring work is delivered according to technical, functional, performance, and business requirements. Your expertise in PEGA PRPC V7.X/8.X tools and architecture will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into design/application builds - Ensure performance and code quality - Implement/improve automation - Support QA processes and deployments - Contribute to best practice definitions - Analyze, identify, and log enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC - Drive delivery of assigned tasks on schedule - Lead/participate in project teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in developing applications using PRPC - Pega CSA certification - Excellent communication skills - Good knowledge of any software development methodologies Nice to have: - Knowledge of Latest Pega Capabilities - Knowledge of Pega Express Methodology - Knowledge of creating UML diagrams for business process modeling - Knowledge of requirement management tools like JIRA, DevOps - Knowledge of Agile Methodologies - Hands-on experience with 6.x, 7.x, SOAP/REST, XML, Oracle, etc. - Working exposure on Pega 8.x version - Domain knowledge in Financial, Healthcare, or Insurance sector The ideal candidate should be self-driven, a team player, possess creative thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant areas is required, and willingness to travel is a must.
