Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Consultant to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Pega Certified System Architect, you will be responsible for driving design and development for major components of focused solutions. You will ensure work is delivered by following technical, functional, performance, and business requirements while adhering to best practices. Having an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V7.X/8.X tools and architecture is essential. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, be hands-on, and ready to lead Pega projects. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must. Certified System Architects are expected to work independently while valuing teamwork to define top-notch software solutions collaboratively. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into design/application builds, ensuring performance and code quality, implementing/improving automation, supporting QA processes and deployments, and contributing to best practice definitions. You will analyze, identify, and log enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC, drive delivery of assigned tasks on schedule, and lead/participate in project teams. Experience in working with onsite teams and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced challenging environment are desired qualities. Requirements: - Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in developing applications using PRPC - Pega CSA certification - Excellent communication skills - Good knowledge of any software development methodologies Nice to have (But not a must): - Knowledge of Latest Pega Capabilities - Knowledge of Pega Express Methodology - Knowledge of creating UML diagrams for business process modeling - Knowledge of requirement management tools like JIRA, DevOps - Knowledge of Agile Methodologies - Hands-on experience with 6.x, 7.x, SOAP/REST, XML, Oracle, etc. - Working exposure on Pega 8.x version - Domain knowledge in Financial, Healthcare, or Insurance sector The ideal candidate should be self-driven, a team player, possess creative thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant areas is required, and willingness to travel is a must.
