As a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager/Sales Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by effectively engaging potential clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their digital and software needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various communication channels such as cold calling, emails, and more. - Researching and qualifying leads to ensure they align with our target market and digital services offerings. - Conducting in-depth needs analysis to understand clients" digital requirements, including website development, application design, and social media services. - Creating persuasive presentations and proposals to showcase our digital services and demonstrate their value to potential clients. - Effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Building strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their ongoing needs. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the digital services space. - Using market insights to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the industry. - Being open to fieldwork and client visits as required.
