ScrollerBase is a fast-growing digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can actively find and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls — both for our agency and for our clients . You will be responsible for identifying businesses, startups, or individuals that need services like digital marketing, website design, graphic design, or branding — and reaching out with customized, personalized messages. Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients via social platforms and direct messaging Analyze businesses' digital presence and craft personalized outreach pitches Maintain follow-ups and coordinate with the internal team for closures Work on both ScrollerBase internal lead generation and client outreach projects Earn commissions on successful lead conversions Requirements: Strong English communication and writing skills Confident in initiating conversations with decision-makers Basic understanding of digital marketing services Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram & WhatsApp Business tools Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + commission on converted leads Exposure to real-time sales and client acquisition Friendly startup environment with growth opportunities Direct collaboration with the founder and creative team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
