Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating online sales, managing inbound digital leads, following up with customers, and supporting the end-to-end sales process across digital platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to convert online queries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through social media, website inquiries, WhatsApp, email, and online campaigns.
  • Respond to inbound digital queries promptly.
  • Re-target old leads and nurture them for conversion.

2. Online Sales Handling

  • Pitch products to customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Share product details, pricing, and offers digitally.
  • Handle objections and convert leads into sales.

3. Customer Communication

  • Engage with customers through digital channels (WhatsApp, chat, email, calls).
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Maintain brand tone and professionalism in all communication.

4. Order Processing

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Share invoices, tracking details, and confirmations.
  • Support customers with order status, replacements, returns, etc.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Update lead sheets, sales records, and customer database daily.
  • Maintain CRM entries and follow-up notes.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports for management.

6. Digital Platform Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce processes (Shopify, WooCommerce, website dashboards).
  • Ability to handle online queries, product listings, and customer messages.

7. Product Knowledge

  • Understand product features, benefits, and USPs.
  • Communicate accurately with customers to build trust and confidence.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi).
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in digital sales, tele sales, or online customer handling.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • E-commerce or nutraceutical/health industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in digital or online sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
