Digital Sales Executive – IT & Marketing Services

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive with 1–3 years of proven sales or telecalling experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to pitch digital solutions to a non-technical audience, and the drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to pitch IT & digital marketing services.
• Present and sell services including AI Chatbots, Web/App Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns.
• Convert inquiries into active leads through consultative discussions.
• Identify target clients based on industry, digital maturity, and budget.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients when required.
• Customize pitches to match client requirements.
• Maintain CRM records with updated lead status and feedback.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/telecalling (IT/digital marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in pitching technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and on-field.
• Basic knowledge of technology and digital marketing trends.
