Designation: Customer Relationship Executive
Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Experience Letter is Mandatory
Graduation Mandatory Minimum 6 months & above experience in Outbound Sales Excellent communication skills Only Sales background candidates required
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads)
Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products
Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationship Note: Candidates with Collection or Customer Service experience will NOT be accepted Shift Timings & Week Offs:
Rotational Shifts: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift) 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week-Offs SALARY PACKAGE:
Experienced: Up to 27,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 3.7 LPA
