Job Description

Shortlist, onboard, and certify Partners and Technicians to build a skilled workforce.
Ensure availability of resources and manage upgrades or terminations as required.
Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs to maintain high standards.
Deliver hands-on field training through On-the-Job Trainings (OJTs).
Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians to monitor effectiveness.
Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes to improve team performance.
Guide and support issue resolution within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation, and inspections of FTTx devices.
Handle walk-in customer interactions including device repairs, swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades.
Train and support extended service points to expand service coverage.
Travel to various touchpoints as per business requirements.
Manage complaints, perform out-calling, and coach Jio Associates as needed.

Education Required

ITI or Diploma, preferably in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Telecommunication, IT, or Computer Science (CS).

Experience Required

1.5 to 4 years of relevant experience.
