Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master

As a seasoned professional with 9-14 years of experience, you will be responsible for effectively managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects as part of our Agile Delivery Services team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (Agile/Hybrid) within time and budget. - Manage agile project execution and instill Agile best practices within the project. - Manage project delivery team and stakeholders through effective communication and governance. - Develop and manage measurements & KPIs for project governance and monitoring across projects. - Manage project cost, risk, and resources. - Ensure project adherence to company standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields with over 9 years of professional experience. - Proven track record in managing projects within agile/hybrid environments. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Azure DevOps or MS Project. - Demonstrated experience as a project manager/scrum master for large to mid-scale product implementations. - Hands-on involvement in projects encompassing Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, and COTS product rollouts. - Experience in both internal delivery and vendor-driven projects, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Bid contracts. - Collaborative, ability to listen, and compromise to make progress. - Stronger together mindset, with a focus on innovation & creation of tangible/realized value.,
