Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master

As a professional in Bangalore with 9-14 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects within the Agile Delivery Services team. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (Agile/Hybrid) within time and budget. - Implement Agile best practices within the project and manage agile project execution. - Communicate effectively with project delivery team and stakeholders, ensuring governance. - Develop and manage measurements & KPIs for project governance and monitoring. - Oversee project cost, risk, and resources, ensuring adherence to company standards. You should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields with over 9 years of professional experience. - Proven track record in managing projects within agile/hybrid environments. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Azure DevOps or MS Project. - Experience as a project manager/scrum master for large to mid-scale product implementations. - Hands-on involvement in projects covering Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, and COTS product rollouts. - Experience in internal delivery and vendor-driven projects, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Bid contracts. - Collaborative mindset, with the ability to listen and compromise for progress. - Stronger together mindset, focusing on innovation and creation of tangible value.
