• Build business cases demonstrating value and ROI, and present them to executive leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and start-ups to deliver best-fit digital solutions
• Advise on digital disruption impacts and help devise strategies for market agility
• Act as a role-model championing continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction
