Digital Process Automation & Cloud Manager

Location: Thiruvanthapuram or Kollam

Qualification Required

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field

- Above 3 years of experience in tech implementation or digital transformation roles.

- Proven experience in app rollout, user training, and employee adoption

- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (mandatory)

- Knowledge of Firebase, APIs, automation tools (like Zapier, Make, Power Automate) is a plus

- Strong communication and people skills — able to train and convince employees to adopt tools

What You’ll Do:

- Implement and manage internal business apps across departments

- Drive employee adoption and reduce manual work

- Monitor app usage and ensure real-time compliance

- Identify automation opportunities and implement new tools

- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)

- Securely store and centralize app data on the cloud

What You’ll Need:

- 3+ years experience in tech implementation or cloud/IT roles

- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Firebase, automation tools

- Strong communication and training skills

- Passion for simplifying processes and making people adopt tech

- Ability to work closely with developers, vendors, and internal teams
