Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day digital printing operations (Reactive / Pigment / Sublimation printing).
Supervise machine operation, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting of digital printers.
Ensure accurate color matching, profiling, and quality consistency as per buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Sampling, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor print efficiency, fabric wastage, ink usage, and cost control.
Implement quality checks at every stage and ensure on-time order execution.
Train and guide operators/technicians on machine handling and process improvements.
Stay updated on the latest technology in digital textile printing.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Technology or related field.
815 years of experience in textile printing, with at least 5 years in
digital printing
(managerial/supervisory role preferred).
Hands-on experience with leading digital printing machines.
Strong knowledge of color management, fabric pre-treatment, and post-processing.
Ability to lead a team, handle production pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
