Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and relationship management.
Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data and provide personalized marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with IT enabled services or BPO is an added advantage.
