Job Title: Digital Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Officer to support our digital initiatives and enhance the bank's online and mobile banking services. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing digital strategies, promote digital products, and ensure seamless digital customer experiences. This role involves close collaboration with sales, customer support, and IT teams to drive digital adoption and optimize digital channels for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

- Promote digital banking products such as mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and other digital payment solutions to existing and prospective clients.

- Support the onboarding and training of customers on digital platforms to ensure smooth adoption.

- Monitor and analyze digital channel performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to roll out new digital initiatives and campaigns.

- Maintain and update digital-related documentation, reports, and registers.

- Conduct market research on emerging digital trends and competitors’ digital offerings.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to digital banking services.

- Assist in managing digital content, updates, and communication across platforms.

- Support in digital customer relationship management (CRM) activities and follow-up to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

- Work with the sales team to integrate digital solutions into sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Prior experience in digital banking, digital marketing, or IT support preferred.

- Knowledge of digital banking products, online payment systems, and cybersecurity basics.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance metrics.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and digital trends.
