Ensure deliverables are met within planned timelines and cost to meet the overall project profitability. Regularly monitor the adherence to the contractual clauses. Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards and relative procedures and practices are met. Support the Sales in the proposal development and in negotiating change order with the Client. Verify and approve the purchase of materials and services used during the project within his/her limits of authorization. Review and approve the monthly Activity Schedules (as prepared by the Project Control Manager). Communicate/ discuss the updated resource requirement plan with the relevant resource departments on a periodic basis. Provide clarifications to management on instances of budgetary non-compliance o Identify reason for quantity variance, discuss the reason with the concerned department and forward the information as part of the monthly MIS.
