Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Proactively monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot logs in Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
Perform kernel patching and add storage as per database requirements.
Automate monitoring tasks using scripting techniques.
Collaborate with L3 SMEs for unresolved issues and assist in coordinating with third-party vendors.
Ensure adherence to process compliance, including ticket updates, action plans, and SLA monitoring.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Engineering or Science; Postgraduate preferred.
OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and Virtualization certifications are desirable.
Strong experience in Windows, VMware, antivirus management, and troubleshooting.
Effective communication skills for process compliance, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
