What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designMarketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.

What are we looking for?
The Social & Influencer Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of social influencer programs, with a particular focus on micro-influencer sourcing, onboarding, and campaign coordinationThe role ensures all operational elements of influencer marketing"”across platforms like Instagram, iand YouTube"”are executed efficiently and in compliance with internal processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard micro-influencers for social campaigns based on briefs and brand criteria.
  • Maintain influencer trackers, content calendars, and campaign management tools.
  • Coordinate briefing, asset sharing, seeding, and content approval workflows.
  • Liaise with Client s legal, finance, and procurement wherever required
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
  • Compile performance data and engagement metrics for post-campaign reporting.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and documentation across social influencer operations.
