Description
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by the technical teams and departments. This involves a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy to bring new products to market, maximize client usage, and enhance their experience with existing products. As a Support Specialist at Adform, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to utilize the Adform platform effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner - Documenting technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system - Implementing and managing clients" digital ad campaigns within the Adform platform, including setting up media plans, banner creatives, ad tags, and other relevant information to achieve their marketing goals - Performing platform administrational tasks, such as Private Deals setup and managing platform users - Serving as a subject matter expert on Adform's platform, educating and assisting clients on its features and functionalities - Troubleshooting clients" requests to eliminate blockers hindering successful ad campaign performance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues To excel in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the adtech industry - Strong knowledge of adtech platforms, including Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proven troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues quickly - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language) - Experience working with help desk software, such as Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar - Bachelor's degree in any discipline At Adform, you can expect: - Growth opportunities within an experienced and professional team operating in a dynamic, inspiring, and international environment - Premium health insurance with 10,00,000 coverage for you and your family - 24 paid vacation days, paid maternity (6 months) and paternity (2 weeks) leave - Annual learning budget to support continuous learning and skill development - Rewarding referral program and global perks to connect with colleagues and have fun Diversity & Inclusion @Adform: Adform is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values and celebrates diversity.
