Job Description: The Reporting Specialist in Media Planning plays a pivotal role within an advertising agency, focusing on the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of campaign data to optimize media strategies and demonstrate value to clients. This role bridges the gap between campaign execution and actionable insights, ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of campaign performance and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic channels, and more. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams. - Monitor ongoing campaign performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in real-time. - Collaborate with media planners, buyers, and creative teams to ensure reporting aligns with campaign objectives and supports overall media strategy. - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel) to extract data and generate insights for both regular and ad hoc reporting needs. - Support the development of post-campaign analyses, including ROI calculations, audience reach, and engagement metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends, digital media platforms, and new analytics technologies to enhance reporting processes and media planning strategies. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Statistics, or a related field. - 5-6 years of experience in digital media planning, campaign analytics, or a related reporting role within an advertising or marketing agency. - Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, and data visualization platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting to clients and stakeholders. - High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience with programmatic advertising and advanced data visualization tools. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing concepts. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.,
