Job Description

Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement for Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook Business/Ads Manager and Google Ads, demonstrating expertise in ad formats, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
Analyse campaign performance data to achieve objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Apply creative messaging and communication strategies to develop impactful ad collaterals for paid media campaigns.
Oversee the brands social media presence by coordinating with creative teams and external partners to produce engaging content that positions Malabar Gold & Diamonds as a category leader.
Manage agency relationships by briefing campaign requirements, supervising execution, evaluating performance, and providing monthly feedback to ensure alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and ROI.
Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.
Conduct performance analysis and reporting, including ROAS and ROI, to measure success and identify improvement areas.
Stay updated on industry benchmarks and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across markets.
Lead and manage team members to achieve campaign objectives and maintain high standards of execution.
