About the Role: Keyword Research & Selection: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing keywords that align with business objectives. Ad Copy Creation & Testing: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences. Regularly test and update ads (A/B testing) to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Quality Score. Campaign Optimization: Analyze ongoing campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Conversion Rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Optimize bids, budget allocation, ad positions, and landing pages for the best results. Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including remarketing, demographic targeting, and affinity audiences, to reach the most relevant users. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments based on data analysis. Budget Management: Effectively manage ad spend within allocated budgets while maximizing performance, ensuring the best use of budget to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with Teams: Work with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure synergy between paid and organic search strategies. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices. Continuously learn about new tools and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
