Description We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and a passion for ensuring optimal application performance. This role involves developing test plans, executing performance tests, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues. Responsibilities Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases to ensure application performance meets business requirements. Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements. Monitor and analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports. Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues and improve application scalability. Continuously evaluate and improve performance testing methodologies and tools. Skills and Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in performance testing or related field. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance metrics. Experience with scripting and automation for performance testing. Experience of programming languages such as C# is Mandatory. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for integrating performance testing into development pipelines. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
