About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer / Mentor who can guide students, explain concepts clearly, support them in practical execution, and help them confidently build digital marketing skills.

This is not a theoretical teaching role, it is a mentor-driven, practical learning role.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in Digital Marketing concepts
• Conduct engaging training sessions (online / offline)
• Explain topics in a simple, practical and real-world way
• Handle student doubts through calls / sessions / messages
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and practical tasks
• Provide constructive feedback and improvement guidance
• Track student progress and ensure successful learning outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, positive learning environment

Topics You Should Be Comfortable With

• Fundamentals of Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• Meta / Google Ads
• SEO & Content Fundamentals
• Branding & Campaign Thinking
• Analytics (GA / performance understanding)

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring and guiding students
• Excellent communication skills (English + Malayalam )
• Friendly, patient, approachable personality
• Organised and disciplined in work
• Prior teaching / training / mentoring experience is a plus
• Agency / corporate digital marketing experience is an added advantage
