Digital Marketing Trainer

As a Digital Marketing Trainer at our company in Calicut, your role is vital in shaping the future digital marketers by providing engaging and comprehensive training sessions. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering training sessions on SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics, both online and offline. - Conducting practical, hands-on sessions to guide students in implementing concepts on live projects and real-time case studies. - Developing, updating, and maintaining training curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and case studies in line with the latest industry practices. - Assisting in reviewing and enhancing the syllabus quality, training structure, and learning methodologies. - Monitoring student learning outcomes, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. - Supporting learners in preparing for industry-recognized certifications such as Google, Facebook, and HubSpot. - Staying updated with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to bring relevant knowledge to the classroom. - Creating a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, either in industry or training. - Proven expertise in key digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaign execution. - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Analytics are preferred. - Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
