Digital Marketing Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Trainer who can train, mentor, and guide students with practical, industry-relevant knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies and a strong passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students on core and advanced Social Media Marketing concepts
• Teach platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Explain content planning, calendars, and audience targeting
• Guide students on organic growth strategies and basic paid advertising concepts
• Train students on Reels, short-form video strategy, and current social media trends
• Introduce and work with industry tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer/Later, Canva (for marketers), and basic analytics tools
• Conduct live practical sessions, assignments, and case studies
• Help students build portfolios and understand real agency workflows
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or managing brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement metrics, and performance analysis
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English, hindi and bengali.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
• Confident classroom handling and student engagement skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
