Through innovative learning and hands-on training, we empower young people to access opportunities in employment, entrepreneurship, and education. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can inspire and mentor youth while also contributing to holistic youth development efforts. What You ll Do As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will lead engaging and practical training sessions for youth enrolled in our programs, while also supporting their employability journey and the center s outreach and engagement activities. Training & Facilitation Design and deliver interactive training sessions on digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content creation, social media marketing, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) Customize lesson plans to meet different learning levels and interests Conduct domain-specific assessments to evaluate aspirants skills and support them accordingly Facilitate mock interviews monthly to prepare aspirants for job opportunities Conduct sessions for employability and parent engagement as part of the youth development program Program Engagement & Coordination Youth Mobilization: Work closely with the Social Worker to mobilize youth and ensure minimum expected enrollments at the Youth Development and Training Center (YDTC) Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Social Worker/Project In-charge in planning and executing stakeholder engagement activities to encourage active participation in center programs Exposure Visits: Identify and organize exposure visits for aspirants, based on recommended institutions and industry relevance Coordinate with employers for scheduling interviews, guest lectures, placements, and more Monitoring, Evaluation & Support Conduct post-training follow-ups with alumni to track their employment or educational status Maintain accurate program documentation and reports for monitoring and evaluation Collaborate with the team to enhance training effectiveness and aspirant outcomes What We re Looking For Must-Haves: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, freelance, corporate, or startup experience welcomed) Prior experience in training, facilitation, or mentoring youth Strong knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about youth development and social impact Comfortable working in a field-based, community-oriented environment Nice to Have: Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta) Multilingual (especially if training will be delivered in local/regional languages) Experience in mobilization or working with stakeholders in community programs
