Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

At VR Digitals, we’re a results-driven digital marketing agency helping brands grow through performance-focused strategies. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and guide our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content).
• Strategize and coordinate daily tasks and long-term projects with the team.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to align marketing objectives.
• Provide training, support, and regular feedback to improve team skills and efficiency.
• Analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 6 months in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
