About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert / Specialist who will be the key person responsible for planning, managing, and executing all digital marketing activities. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise to handle Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, campaigns, and overall digital growth. The candidate will also lead and guide the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to generate leads and sales
• Oversee SEO, keyword optimization, backlinking, and content marketing
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare regular reports
• Optimize product listings and website content for better rankings and conversions
• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and marketing collaterals
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
• Lead and mentor a small team of interns/executives for digital marketing tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, ads management, and SEO
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign tracking, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and performance marketing
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
