About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue.
  • Manage and optimize

    SEO efforts

    (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Create, run, and analyze performance of

    paid campaigns

    (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage content strategy and distribution across platforms, including blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
  • Grow and engage our audience through

    social media marketing

    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite

    , etc. to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum

    2 years of hands-on experience

    in digital marketing.
  • Proven knowledge of

    SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads

    , and other ad platforms.
  • Experience with

    marketing tools

    such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and others.
  • Strong understanding of

    content marketing, email marketing

    , and CRM strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Google Ads or HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience in

    eCommerce or B2B marketing

    HTML/CSS
