Role Overview:

passionate and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & Website Optimization

• Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies from scratch
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink planning
• Audit and improve technical SEO and website performance
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

• Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (organic & paid)
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies and freelancers to get creative and performance campaigns executed
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels as needed
• Create and oversee email marketing and automation flows

• Branding & Content

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand positioning and voice
• Work on website content, social media planning, and visual brand consistency
• Drive creative campaigns that amplify our digital brand presence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO
  Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar Proven experience in managing digital agencies and freelancers Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills Creative mindset with a deep interest in building brand identity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B tech, SaaS, or staffing companies
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Webflow
• Google Ads/Meta/HubSpot certification
