Role Description This is a full-time job for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for devising and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics to refine marketing tactics, and overseeing general online marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include content creation for social media platforms, conducting market research, collaborating with team members to plan and implement marketing strategies, monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to ensure goals are met, and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and Web Analytics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Prior experience in real estate digital marketing roles is preferred.
