Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Website SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and tags to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Identify and address technical SEO issues to improve site health and user experience.

Campaign Management (Google & LinkedIn Ads):

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, targeting specific audiences and driving measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, optimize bids and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Develop A/B tests for ads to determine best-performing creatives and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad copy, creative, and messaging with brand objectives.

Social Media Content Management:

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content on social media channels to increase brand awareness and follower engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust content strategies based on performance analytics.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions with followers.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelors degree

    or a related field.
  • 2+ years

    of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management.
  • Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management for Google and LinkedIn ads, with experience optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker

    with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with

    content creation

    tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with

    email marketing

    platforms and CRM tools.
