Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 8+ years of experience in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO, email marketing, CRM management, marketing automation, and website management.

The candidate will be responsible for improving brand visibility, generating quality leads, managing multiple brand campaigns, and driving measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
• Develop and manage social media marketing strategies and content calendars.
• Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Manage websites, landing pages, and content updates.
• Promote conferences, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, and reports through digital campaigns.
• Manage newsletters, audience segmentation, and subscriber engagement.
• Conduct market research, database development, and prospect identification.
• Manage CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM, including lead tracking and data management.
• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and coordinate with sales teams.
• Create marketing creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience in campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in conference marketing, exhibitions, webinars, event promotions, and multi-brand marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
