Job Description – Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

Ducat India is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage the company's social media presence and execute digital advertising campaigns to generate leads, improve brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Ducat India's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content, posts, reels, stories and promotional creatives.
• Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns for various IT and professional training courses.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing creatives, videos and promotional materials.
• Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement and brand awareness.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaign results and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of lead generation campaigns and audience targeting.
• Knowledge of social media trends, content planning and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise advertising budgets.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Education, EdTech or IT Training industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
