Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients for updates, requirements, feedback, approvals, and day-to-day communication.
Manage and support social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, media buyers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain content calendars, task trackers, and project timelines.
Research trends, competitors, and relevant content ideas to support client strategies.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client’s brand guidelines and expectations.
Follow up with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving without delays.
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across social media and other relevant channels.
Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and proactively contribute ideas for better client results.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, client servicing, or a similar role.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
