## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and improve online engagement. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with various digital marketing platforms and tools.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve website rankings through on-page and off-page optimization.* Execute SEM/PPC campaigns using Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.* Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.* Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and websites.* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.* Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.* Generate high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing initiatives.* Coordinate with the Sales, Product, and Design teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.* Optimize website conversion rates through landing page improvements and A/B testing.* Track campaign performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.* Manage online reputation and respond to customer engagement across digital platforms.* Work towards achieving lead generation, website traffic, and brand visibility goals.

## Required Skills

* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.* Experience in social media marketing and content planning.* Good understanding of email marketing platforms.* Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.* Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.* Basic understanding of HTML and website optimization is an added advantage.* Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
* Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications will be an added advantage.* Experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or Technology-based organizations is preferred.
