We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
• Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Keyword Research and On-Page/Off-Page SEO.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) are preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
• Freshers with relevant certifications, internship experience, or a strong portfolio may also be considered.
