Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager – Genie on Hire

Location: Pune ( Work from Office Preferred) with our branches at Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Genie on Hire is a technology-driven platform connecting businesses, event organizers, and brands with students seeking flexible Earn & Learn opportunities. The platform helps organizations manage volunteers, temporary staffing, attendance tracking, and event manpower requirements through a web and mobile ecosystem. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to drive student engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Student & Community Engagement

· Manage daily Instagram, Facebook, and social media activities to increase engagement and drive platform traffic.

· Identify and promote upcoming events and opportunities relevant to students.

· Create blogs, articles, career guidance content, exam-related information, and other student-focused content.

Content Creation & Social Media

· Create EDMs and email marketing campaigns using ChatGPT and AI tools.

· Develop engaging social media posts, reels, posters, and marketing creatives.

· Run monthly contests, referral programs, and awareness campaigns.

· Regularly update website banners, images, and promotional content.

Client & Business Outreach

· Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers across target industries.

· Share company brochures, marketing materials, videos, and service offerings with potential clients.

· Support campaigns for new B2C initiatives and growth opportunities.

Feedback & Relationship Management

· Prepare monthly reports on outreach growth, leads generated, campaign performance, and future plans.

· Conduct discussions with students to understand their experiences and gather suggestions.

· Collect client testimonials, success stories, and feedback for publication on digital platforms.

Brand Building & Growth

· Identify student influencers, campus ambassadors, and college representatives.

· Build partnerships with colleges to increase awareness and participation.

· Manage and promote the Genie of the Month recognition program.

SEO & Website Growth

· Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve website visibility.

· Recommend innovative ideas to increase registrations, traffic, and engagement.

Product & Innovation Support

· Provide suggestions to improve website features, user experience, engagement tools, and platform growth initiatives.

Skills Required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Understanding of social media marketing

· Creativity and content writing skills

· Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI tools

· Interest in community building and student engagement

· Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research

Compensation

Fixed Annual Salary: ₹3 – ₹4.2 Lakhs per annum, plus performance-based incentives for every lead successfully converted into business across all cities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
