Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.

· Reels & Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos, and promotional content.

· On-Camera Presentation: Confidently speak and present on camera for reels, educational videos, product demonstrations, and marketing content.

· Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement.

· B2B & B2C Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.

· Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

· Creative Design: Design social media creatives, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva.

· SEO & Website Support: Assist with basic SEO activities, blog publishing, and WordPress website updates.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation results.

· Marketing Coordination: Support branding initiatives, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

· Practical experience in shooting and editing reels and short-form videos.

· Must be confident and comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in promotional and educational videos.

· Strong creativity, content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

· Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies.

· Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and WordPress.

· Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.

· Design: Canva

· Video Editing: CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools

· Social Media: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

· Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar tools

· SEO & Website: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress

· AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, or similar tools

Added Advantage: Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare industries is a plus.
