We believe in giving our marketing team complete freedom. You decide the strategies, platforms, tools, campaigns, and methods you want to use. We don't believe in micromanagement or restricting creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Handle social media management across relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute performance-based marketing strategies.
• Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, track conversions, and improve ROI.
• Explore new digital platforms, marketing tools, and strategies to generate leads.
• Experiment with different campaigns, creatives, audiences, and marketing approaches.
• Take complete ownership of digital marketing activities and results.

Skills & Expertise Required

We are looking for someone who has practical knowledge and experience in:

• Meta Ads Mastery (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Google Ads.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Performance Marketing.
• Social Media Management.
• Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization.
• Campaign Analytics and Performance Tracking.
• Digital Marketing Strategy.

Knowledge of landing page optimization, Google Analytics, remarketing, content strategy, AI marketing tools, and other lead-generation techniques will be an added advantage.
