We are hiring - Digital Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 2+ Year in Digital Marketing (Performance Focused)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can run performance campaigns, manage content, and grow our digital footprint. You'll be working directly with the founding team to scale our Malayalam learner base.

Qualification

1. 2+ year of digital marketing experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
2. Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns
3. Ability to manage social media pages (especially Instagram & YouTube)
4. Basic SEO, email marketing, and automation knowledge
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
6. Fluent in Malayalam – written and spoken (mandatory)

Responsibilities

1. Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube
2. Manage organic growth and content calendars
3. Track campaign performance & report metrics
4. Collaborate with video team for content strategy
5. Optimize lead funnels & drive quality leads
