Digital Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Your role will involve managing and optimizing the company's website and landing pages to enhance user engagement and lead generation. It will be crucial to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance accordingly. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance the user experience will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and leverage your strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Maintaining a social media presence across all digital channels and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices will be essential. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in various marketing software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc., is required. A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms is crucial. Experience with content creation, A/B testing, and CRO tools will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical abilities, are essential.
