As a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Instagram account management, Meta Pixel integration, and website analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving online engagement and conversions. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns aligned with business objectives, managing and growing Instagram business accounts with consistent brand messaging, implementing and monitoring Meta Pixel to track user interactions and optimize ad performance, analyzing website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing strategies, collaborating with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta platforms. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics is required. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities, are essential for success in this position.
