About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving online visibility, lead generation, and brand engagement across digital platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to craft campaigns that resonate with our premium clientele and reflect our medical credibility

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels
• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic reach and conversion rates
• Manage content calendars for social media, email, and blog platforms
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting creatives
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights using analytics tools
• Coordinate with clinic teams to align digital efforts with local promotions and events
• Support reputation management through review platforms and ORM strategies
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks

KPIs

• Monthly qualified lead volume and cost per lead
• Website traffic growth and engagement metrics
• Conversion rate optimization across landing pages
• ROI on paid campaigns and channel attribution

Ideal Candidate

• 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel optimization
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
