Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven digital marketer to own end-to-end campaign creation and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Amazon Advertising . You will translate business goals into high-converting paid campaigns, monitor performance daily, and turn insights into rapid improvements. Key Responsibilities Launch & Manage Campaigns Build search, display, shopping and video ads in Google /Meta/ Amazon Ads. Create and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram)/Google/Amazon campaigns, including Advantage+ and remarketing funnels. Set up Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads on Amazon. Optimisation & Growth Perform daily bid, keyword and audience adjustments to hit CPA/ROAS targets. Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and campaign structures. Analyse attribution reports (GA4, Ads Manager, Amazon console) and present clear insights. Budget & Reporting Allocate and pace monthly budgets across platforms. Generate weekly dashboards highlighting spend, conversions, and actionable next steps. Collaboration Brief designers and copywriters for high-impact ad creatives. Coordinate with product and sales teams to sync offers, stock and messaging. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years hands-on managing Google, Meta/Facebook, and Amazon ad accounts with demonstrable ROI improvements. Certifications: Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Blueprint . Amazon Advertising certification is a plus. Technical Skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversions API, Amazon Advertising console, Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups). Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; able to turn data into compelling narratives for non-marketers. Mindset: Analytical, experiment-oriented, comfortable owning KPIs and working in a fast iteration cycle. Nice to Have Experience with performance creative briefs and UGC-style ad production. Familiarity with marketing automation tools Basic understanding of SEO and landing-page CRO. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance bonuses.
